Tiger Prawn Salad

Ingredients
1 tbs oil
450 g (1 lb) tiger prawn tails
1 red onion, sliced
225 g (8 oz) mangetout, trimmed
2 x packets
Schwartz Fragrant Coriander, Lime & Garlic Salad Dressing Mix
4 tbs mayonnaise
4 tbs water
Schwartz Coriander Leaf

1. Heat the oil in a wok and fry the prawns and half the onion
    for 5 minutes, or until the prawns have turned pink. 

2. Remove  the prawns and cooked onion from the pan and
    fry the mangetout for 1 minute. Add to the prawns with the
    reserved raw onions. 

3. Make up the dressing and pour over the prawn mixture.
    Toss and serve with a sprinkle of Coriander Leaf.

4. Preparation and cooking time: 20 min.



Garlic & Parsley Prawns

Ingredients

25 g (1 oz) butter
2 tbs olive oil
1 tsp Schwartz Minced Garlic
1 tbs Schwartz Parsley
225 g (8 oz) large cooked, peeled prawns
1 lemon, cut into wedges

Preparation
1. Heat the butter and oil in a frying pan. Add the Minced
    Garlic, Parsley and prawns and stir fry until sizzling. 

2. Serve immediately with plenty of French bread and lemon
    wedges.

3. Preparation and cooking time: 5 min.
