
Dragon Fruit Boats ( Pitaya)
Ingredients :
Chicken meat and prawn meat 200 g [7 oz] [cut into pieces], Dragon fruits 2, Kiwi fruit 1 [skinned and cut into pieces], Strawberries 2 [cut into pieces]
Sauce Mix :
Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce 1 1/2 tbsp, Sugar 1 1/2 tbsp, Chopped mint 1 tsp [optional]
75 ml [about 5 tbsp], Lime juice about 2 tsp, Corn starch 2 tsp
Method :
1. Cut dragon fruits into halves lengthwise. Scoop the flesh out to make balls of about 200 g [7 oz]. Remove any remaining flesh and keep the skin of dragon fruits.
2. Stir-fry chicken and prawn meat in 2 tbsp oil until done. Add sauce mix and cook until sauce thickens. Stir in all fruits.
Serve hot on skin of dragon fruits
