Hearts of palm is a new vegetable product derived from harvesting the young superior, tender shoots of sweet palm. The palms trees are carefully nurtured and maintained to produce excellent quality shoots which are harvested and packed hygienically with minimum handling and processing so as to maintain its freshness and crunchiness. For many years fresh palms have been a delicacy consumed as a juice, salad or cooked as a vegetable in South America , Taiwan and South Africa . We are glad to be introducing this new product into the Malaysian market.

Consumed as a juice, it is an excellent thirst quencher which is invigoratingly refreshing and pleasantly soothing. The shoots when sliced thinly or shredded, makes a delightfully delicious salad. Its crunchy texture complemented by its uniquely sweet aroma makes it an irresistible item to be included into your salad bowl.
